Photo Submission and Usage Rights Agreement
All BBI International Products
By submitting any photograph(s) to BBI International, the submitting party ("Submitter") represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the photograph(s)/image(s) or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant usage rights to BBI International.
The Submitter grants BBI International and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, and create derivative works from the photograph(s), in whole or in part, in both digital and print formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, email communications, brochures, magazines, advertising materials, and event promotions.
The Submitter further agrees that BBI International shall not be held liable for any claims, legal or otherwise, arising from the unauthorized use of the photograph(s) where the Submitter has misrepresented their ownership or authority. The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BBI International from any such claims. Submission of photographs constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
